Our team of highly trained and highly regarded tutors, mentors and consultants have been educated and trained to an exceptionally high standard.
Our tutoring team are from a variety of backgrounds, with some being based at the most prestigious universities in the U.K. and others working in highly respected fields.
They are all brimming with enthusiasm and knowledge on a variety of subjects and topics. They are guaranteed to inspire our students and encourage them to enjoy their studies whilst being a positive role-model and influence.
Our Founders
Jo Austin
Co-Founder and Lead Consultant
Jo Austin has 28 years of experience as a tutor, mentor and educational consultant. She has worked with families and students of all backgrounds, and with all capabilities, and has an in-depth knowledge of the British education system.
Compassionate, caring and conscientious, she is well equipped with the knowledge to enable your child to reach their potential.
Marie-Elise Worswick
Co-Founder and Lead Adviser
Marie-Elise Worswick is an expert in the British education system. Educated at two of the top schools in the North West of England, and further educated at a top Russell Group University, she is highly experienced in the workings of the education sector in the U.K., and can provide independent advice on the best pathway for our students.

“I have worked for Tayberry from the very beginning and absolutely love delivering lessons!
I tutor a range of subjects including, 7+, 11+, sats support, GCSE geography, GCSE science and A-level psychology.
Having completed my degree in Psychology, I am now working within the NHS as a Trainee Children and Young People’s Wellbeing Practitioner.
In my spare time I love to travel and spend time with my friends and family.” -

I enjoy learning about different cultures (especially their foods) and their languages, and can speak Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian. I do judo competitively and am currently training to achieve my black belt.
I teach a wide range of subjects, from early years Maths and English to A level French, as well as Sciences, Maths and English at a wide range of levels. In the future, I’m aiming to work as a diplomat, breaking the family tradition of teaching. I’m also a massive Leeds fan.” -

“I’m Marlon, part of the Tayberry senior team. I’m a recent Oxford Law graduate and teach most things up to GCSE, alongside A Level History, Spanish and Maths. My favourite subject to teach is GCSE English Literature and I love trying to convince people that Shakespeare is fun and not boring. In my free time I love reading, going to concerts, playing the guitar, and eating at nice restaurants.”
